Share Your Wish This Holiday Season & Help A Charity In Need

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of UPS. All opinions are 100% mine.

The holiday season is definitely one of my favorite times of the year. I love all the food, fun, and especially all the extra family time. For us, since the boys are still so young, it's pretty easy to grant their wishes and make sure there is plenty under the tree for them. I know as they get older this isn't going to be as easy. For many families though, the holidays bring stress and sadness as they aren't able to fulfill their family's wishes and celebrate with all the goodies that we do. This year, UPS has an awesome program that is making it super easy to help out someone in need.

UPS is encouraging everyone to spread holiday cheer by sharing your holiday wishes and stories on Twitter and Instagram. For every wish and story submitted, UPS will donate $1 to one of their charity partners (Salvation Army, Boys & Girls Club or Toys for Tots) up to a total donation of $100,000! How great is that?!? This is such an easy and fun way for everyone to help out this holiday! Take a look at the video below:

Celebrating Friendsgiving with Netflix

As a member of the Netflix Stream Team, we received a free subscription and a streaming device. All opinions are my own.

I can’t believe we’re already halfway through November. Thanksgiving is all but here and then Christmas is right around the corner! This month we're all about Friendsgiving, a popular take on Thanksgiving when friends come together to celebrate good food and great company.

Whether you're planning a Friendsgiving feast or sticking to your traditional Thanksgiving routine, show your kids why friends are worth being thankful for with this month's picks. Explore lessons about friendship from a few of the greatest duos, including Rory and Lorelai, Charlotte and Wilbur and Bob and Larry, whose all-new Netflix original, "VeggieTales in the House," starts streaming Nov. 26. We LOVE VeggieTales and I’m super excited for this!

Check out our list of ‘dynamic duo’ titles to stream on Netflix, which demonstrate the value of all kinds of friendships -- whether it's a sibling bond, classmate or furry friend. If you need some thought starters on how to spark a conversation around friendship with your kids, check out these tips from Common Sense Media.

(And in case you missed it, America's favorite "Friends" -- all 10 seasons of them -- hit the service Jan. 1. Mark your calendars!)

Tommee Tippee Explora Truly Spill Proof Straw Cup

I received product to facilitate this review, but all opinions are my own. Affiliate links are included.

We’re just starting to give Owen some water in a sippy cup and occasionally some milk (mommy or other) if I’m not around and he needs nursed. This past week Tom pulled out our mountains of sippy cups from Charlie. We have a ton of them that we saved, but in all honesty- we should have tossed half of them after the first use. If you have already been through the sippy cup stage, you know how spill proof most of those “spill proof” cups are!

When we were offered to review the Tommee Tippee sippy cups, I jumped at the chance!
