Start Fall with eMeals: Win a 3 Month Subscription!

I receive a subscription to eMeals in exchange for sharing, but all opinions are my own. This post contains affiliate links.

The kids have all gone back to school, fall sports have started, and fall TV shows are getting ready to kick off again. All of this means less time in the kitchen. If you’re anything like most people, around 5PM, you wander into the kitchen and start to look around for dinner options. After realizing you didn’t pull anything out, you end up making a last minute run to the store for dinner ingredients, but then grab a pizza on your way home because you spent too long at the store and don’t feel like cooking anymore. Sound familiar?

Thought so.

Now, imagine a weekly email sent to your inbox that includes a menu for the week and a shopping list to go with it. Sounds pretty good, right?

Meal Planning Made Simple

If you can’t tell from the pictures above, the recipes you’ll receive from eMeals are delicious! Once you pick a meal plan, you’ll be sent recipes that are exactly what you’re looking for! Here’s an example of a recipe you would find in the Slow Cooker Classic Plan.

  8. I would either chose low fat or low carb and I'm leaning more towards low carb because I already eat low fat as a way of life and it's the carbs I need to cut.

  12. I would for sure choose the Paleo diet.... as long as it doesn't have sugar in it, I am good. I also like the looks of the low carbs. I have never seen a company offer the Paleo diet and I am very impressed.
