It’s already almost two weeks into the new year and we’re still in a whirlwind from the holidays. I love making dinner, but hate dealing with the mess! Sometimes by the time dinner is done, it seems there are more dirty dishes in the house than there are clean.

Today I’m sharing some dishes with you that will leave you with just one pot or skillet to clean!
