For starters, the Ozeri Green Earth Pan is beautiful! I would love if it would match the rest of my kitchen in red, but the lime green is like a little party in my kitchen.

The big test for me with any pan that claims to be non-stick is the fried egg.
The Ozeri Green Earth Pan passed with flying colors. When my egg was done, I browned my ham for my sandwich and added a slice of cheese between the ham and egg. Of course, the cheese always runs out the side. The awesome part though was how easy I was able to pick the cheese up with my spatula and toss that yummy browned cheese on top of my ham.
So, I love how easy to use and how easy this pan is to clean, but I really love how much better it is for the environment.
