Mom's Messy Miracles: Purex No Sort for Colors

Purex No Sort for Colors

The Purex brand provided me with a sample in exchange for a product review. All opinions expressed are my own.

As a busy mom, I want laundry to be as quick and painless as possible. When you’re tired, you just want to toss clothes into the washer and be done with it. Purex No Sort for Colors detergent has changed the rules on sorting laundry!

With regular detergent, dyes can bleed onto other fabrics in wash. With Purex No Sort for Colors, the detergent traps loose dyes and reduces color bleeding accidents.

Please remember this is not a miracle worker though, so follow this advice: wash strongly colored fabrics or new pieces of clothing, especially jeans separately at least 5 times before doing a mixed color load with Purex No Sort for Colors detergent.

  6. I had just started a new job where I was given 3 monogramed white shirts for my job as a waitress. I had start the next day so I wanted to wash my new work clothes and in the washer they went bleach and hot water were all set and I didn't notice my black apron somehow managed to sneak into the load. Needless to say my new shirts were not white anymore and I had to go to my job the next day and explain to my new boss why I needed new shirts. That was 3 years ago and I'm hapoy to say that I am still at that job.

A few weeks ago, my 4 year old must have thrown a pen into the washer, because it exploded in the dryer, and got all over everything.
